Rift has unleashed it’s first expansion ever, Storm Legion, this week. This is one expansive expansion, with the size of world tripling compared to the launch of the game.
Here are the highlights of the expansion details:
- Four New Souls:
- Defiler for Clerics
- Harbinger for Mages
- Tactician for Rogues
- Tempest for Warriors
- 10 new zones of content
- Level cap increased to 60
- 7 new dungeons, including expert versions and a new raid
- New warfront for level 50 plus
- Dimension, aka housing
- Crafting level is now 375
- Capes are now a part of armor
After the crushing disappointment with dimensions on the beta server, we did not purchase the expansion. The poor implementation of housing was enough for us to decide not to upgrade our accounts.
